It's come a long way, but here are the most recent mods.
Custom bars
Moved all of the electrical to the side panels
Relocated the front coil
Removed the neck gusset
Chopped the pipes and made new brackets
New tail light
General thinning down of some more electrical
Blacked out a few more pieces
New Ppad
Still wish I could get the rear lower without it rubbing the fender.
